If someone says to me “Do you want this something?”

If I want the thing, I can say “yes”

I can say what I think, feel or want.

"Host: 'Would you like a drink?' Guest: 'Yes please, what have you got?' Host: 'We have water, lemonade, coffee, tea, wine, or cider.' Guest: 'I'll have a cider thanks. That sounds great.'"

"Host: 'Can I get you another slice of cake?' Guest: 'Absolutely, it was delicious! Thank you.'"
