happiness

noun: something (see more)

It can be like this:

Someone thinks something like this for some time:

“Some good things are happening to me now as I want. I can do many things now as I want. This is good.”

Because of this, this person feels something good, like people feel at many times when they think like this.

It is good for this person if it is like this.

Note

Happiness is often considered to be a universal emotion, but in fact there are significant differences regarding the thought processes. Compare happy with other happy-like words in English (such as content, joyful, ecstatic, pleased) and in other languages. Duration of the feeling and the connection to the ability to do things are key features of 'happiness' in Australian English.

"Money can't buy you happiness"

"It isn't good to have your happiness dependent on someone else."
