Women can be someone above other people, as men can be someone above other people. Women can be someone above men and women, as men can be someone above men and women.
When someone is someone above other people, this person can say “I want you to do this” to someone else. After this, it is good if this other person does this. It is like this if a woman is this person above other people.
"Nadia is a supervisor at Coles. She works with a team of 12 people, and alongside 5 other supervisors, all who have their own teams. Nadia has a manager called Felicity above her."
"Brendan's boss is the CEO of the law firm. Her name is Rachel. Rachel makes all of the major decisions about the company."
