In Australia it is like this:
Women work in the same places as men work.
Women can do many good things, as men can do many good things. all people can do good things. All people can be someone above other people.
It is bad to say bad things about women.
It is good to say things in one way to all people (at work). If I want to say something to a woman, it is good to say it in this same way.
