Many people in Australia think like this:

If I am above some other people in a place of one kind, it is good if these people can know that I think like this about all of them: This person is someone like me.

Because of this, it is often good if these people can know that when they want to say something to me they can say my name to me.

At the same time, it is often good if they know that I want this.
