The Australian Dictionary of Invisible Culture for Teachers
collaboration
noun: something (see more)
Often in Australia it can be like this:
Someone (e.g. Brandon) is doing something for some time, because Brandon wants some things to happen.
Someone else (e.g. Jody) is doing it with Brandon during this time, because Jody wants the same things to happen.
These people (Jody and Brandon) know that if they don’t think about these things well, these things can’t happen.
After some time, these things can happen. People can say “Jody and Brandon did this.”
"Julian likes collaboration when he's able to lead."
"Sam and Chris have done several projects involving inter-organisational collaboration, and they always get good results."
"I expect you all to have good collaboration between each of the teams. No individual work."
