Someone (e.g. Emma) said something like this to someone:
“I want to do something good for you. I will pay for this.”
People think: it is good if people say this to other people. When people do this, they feel something good because of this.
"No, no. This coffee is on me. I'm shouting it."
"Come on in and tell me the news while I dump my gear, and then I'll shout you dinner at the pub."
