Many teachers think like this:
It is bad to say something to some other people when the teacher is saying something.
In class, it is bad to say many things to another student not about class.
In class, it is bad to say something at the same time as someone else.
If someone wants to say some things a very short time after someone else, it is good if it is about the same things.
