self mockery

value: many people in Australia think it is good if people can think like this (see more)

Many people in Australia think like this:

It is bad if people think like this:I am someone not like other people, I can do very good things. I can’t do many not good things. If I do something not good, this is bad.”

It is good if people think like this: I am like other people. I can do not good things at some times.

When people think like this, it is good if they can think like people think when they want to laugh. At many times people say something bad about themselves because of this. This person can laugh because of this.

This is good.

"Oops. Look at me. Finished school with straight A grades, but I still push on a pull door. I'm such a klutz."

"These politicians are always applauded for 'being willing to poke fun at themselves' and 'showing they have a sense of humour'. But there's the clue: they're not doing it to fulfil a childhood dream of getting a foot in the door of the entertainment industry...These pollies are always lauded for 'braving' Gleeson's blow-torchy interviewer persona. Are they not being mocked? With the average politician's dread of appearing stupid, they must be damn gutsy to take that job on."
