chat

noun: something (see more)

For some time, someone (e.g. Lily) was saying some things to someone else (e.g. Zac), like people say things to someone when they think like this:

“I want to say some things to this person. Not because I want this person to know something.

I think this person wants the same. I think this person will say some things to me during this time. I think I will feel something good because of this. I think this person will feel the same.”

"Alex and Kelly stayed after work and had a good chat about their kids."

"Hey Bailey, can I have a chat with you?"

"At the next campground she did the rounds and then stood in the warm sunshine for a few minutes chatting with a couple with young children, taking a short weekend break. A pleasant couple, interested in and full of questions about the park and the area. They were contemplating moving to Strathnairn, and asked about schools, service clubs and community organisations."
